Because sometimes transformation doesn’t require a plane ticket or a full weekend away, just a few hours surrounded by good energy. My events are designed to help you get out of your head and back into your body. Think movement, laughter, reflection, maybe a few tears (the good kind), and always… connection.

These gatherings are for the woman who’s craving community, who wants something deeper than small talk and surface-level “self-care.” Whether it’s a workshop, a seasonal circle, a workout, or a half-day experience, every event I host is meant to leave you feeling lighter, stronger, and more you.

Mid-week Movement  is for you if you  want to feel strong, capable, and consistent again, without the chaos of a big gym and without being left to figure it all out on your own.

Bodyweight training with guided breath and meditation in a small group, outdoor setting with direct access to a trainer (me!) who actually cares!
